Total delivery time = order processing time + parcel shipping time

Processing:

It usually takes 1-5 working days for us to process your order. Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not included on working days.

Shipping:

The delivery time is estimated and starts on the shipping date, not the order date.

And delivery time may take longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance process, or other reasons.
